This Fellowship will assist Lao PDR in implementing key objectives of its National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan by targeting a key member of the next generation of botanists and biodiversity managers.
The Fellow will carry out a task which uses the skills he has acquired as a trainee in a Darwin project and which develops his skills making him better able to perform the tasks needed in his job.
The task to be carried out is to write a guide to an economically important group of plants which is frequently misidentified.
