Susan will develop skills in using local knowledge to develop under-utilized trees for use in restoration (and increase her conservation knowledge and networks). She will do this through studying at Bangor, working with Treborth Botanic Garden, and doing research and apply it to help implement ITPGRFA and CBD in Uganda.
